1. Returns
We’re confident in the quality of our bikes and gear, which is why we only accept returns on items that are brand new, unopened, and still in their original packaging. If you decide to return your e-bike, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the process.
To start a return, please email [email protected] with photos clearly showing that the bike is unused and unopened. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Please note: a $149 return shipping fee applies to all approved returns. Your refund will be processed once the bike is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition, minus the shipping cost.
2. Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem — as long as it hasn’t been sent to our warehouse for processing. This usually happens within one business day of placing your order.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You’ll need to follow our standard return process and will be responsible for the $149 return shipping fee.
3. Refused Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable, the order will be treated as a return. In these cases, the customer is still responsible for the $149 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund once the item is received and inspected.
